To join, please fill out the form below. Dues amounts are based on employee counts. The definition of employee includes anyone providing services to member company on a full or part-time basis, receives compensation from member company for those services, and does so regularly through-out the year. Contractors and part-time employees equate 2:1.

Annual billing is automatic, based on the date payment is received.

A one time $50 admin fee is included in the rates below.
