All the horse work is done unmounted. This workshop is for experienced executive directors and board chairs looking to raise their self-awareness for better relationships, increased authority, and higher productivity. Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience in their role and are currently in an executive director or board chair position. Executive Directors should have 2 or more direct reports.
