Run your nonprofit like a business, because that’s what it is. You can only beg, borrow and steal goods and services for your nonprofit organization for so long, and it won’t get you very far. Learn how to treat your organization like a small business and not only will it appear as a much more professional organization, it will be able to not just sustain itself, but grow. In this seminar nonprofit leaders will learn how to develop and implement the following strategies so that their charities run like ‘business as usual’: Preparing financial statements Diversifying income streams Creating an effective pitch Developing human assets Tracking and reporting Jennifer E.
