POP Talk: Tips to Work Better with What You’ve Got
Program attendance is complimentary for board, staff and volunteers of organizations operating within the PATH Foundation service area (northern Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock counties). For participants from other organizations, a $25 charge applies. All nonprofits are unique, yet common challenges can emerge in tackling that next goal – whatever it may be. How can you build on the strengths, assets, and opportunities that you already have? Network with other nonprofits to talk about how others are making it work, creative solutions, and successes they’ve seen. Gary will listen with you and introduce some tools to optimize the use of the resources you have on hand. This is a very interactive and confidential workshop – be ready to bring real time examples and think through goals for the future.
