• The 43rd Fauquier Chamber Old Town Warrenton Festival is Saturday, September 24th and will be held along Main street in Old Town Warrenton from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM rain or shine.

    FALL FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION

  • COSTS COSTS

     

    • Professional Services and Merchandise Vendors: $200 per space 
    • Food Truck & Food Vendors: $275 per space (defined as preparing and producing consumables on site for sale)
    • If available, requested spot preference is an additional $25 (early registration discount does not apply)

  • IMPORTANT NOTES IMPORTANT NOTES

     

    • Participants will be notified of acceptance by July 1st.
    • Applications will be taken until September 1st, acceptance dependent on available space.
    • Payment must accompany application and charges will be made to the Vendor’s account once application is approved by committee.
    • Festival is RAIN OR SHINE
    • NO REFUNDS for any reason.
    • All applicants are required to read and agree to abide by the guidelines listed below.
  • GUIDELINES FOR ALL VENDORS GUIDELINES FOR ALL VENDORS

    • No amplified sounds may project beyond exhibitor’s space.
    • There is no electric or water source available for vendors.
    • The vendor must provide their own covering for protection of work from inclement weather.
    • All tent or canopy coverings must be fire proof
    • Items and displays must be appropriate for a family festival. Any display deemed inappropriate or in violation of festival standards will be asked to leave without refund.
    • Vendors must adhere to times assigned for setup and departure
    • Vendors are required to keep a trash can in their area and cleaning up their spaces prior to departure.
    • No Vehicles allowed in the exhibit area before 7:00am. Exhibit vans allowed only with prior approval.
    • All other vans and vehicles must be out of the exhibit area by 8:00am.
    • Booth or stand must be in operation by 9:00am and remain in operation until 4:00pm but must be removed BEFORE 5:00pm.
    • Please do not bring your vehicle back onto the street until you are all torn down, packed & ready to load.
    • Fireworks not permitted.
    • All vendor equipment and materials must fit and be kept within the 10x10 space or spaces purchased. Those exceeding the space allotment may be asked to leave.
    • The use of generators by non food vendors is subject to the Festival Committee and must be approved for use PRIOR to the event
    • Failure to comply to any of the above will risk your participation in future events
  • GUIDELINES FOR FOOD VENDORS GUIDELINES FOR FOOD VENDORS

    The guidelines listed below are in addition to the Guidelines for All Vendors.

    • Food Vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with the Fauquier Chamber and the Town of Warrenton, VA as the Certificate Holders, submitting certification to the Fauquier Chamber by August 1, 2022.
    • A Department of Health Permit must be on display at the Festival. For a new permit or questions call Fauquier County of Environmental Health, 540-347-6363. Active permits from another locality may be used and displayed.
    • All Generators will be placed in Food Court
    • Food Booths must provide and maintain at least two (2) trash cans.
    • Per Virginia Fire Prevention Code 2404.12, Food Vendors are required to have a 5 pound A-B-C Type Portable Fire Extinguisher within their space.
    • Code 2404.16.3 requires portable LP Gas containers be securely fastened in place.
    • Food Vendors are required to clearly display their prices.
    • Failure to comply to any of the above will risk your participation in future events
