DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, located in Fenwick Island, Delaware was founded with the goal of recovering and preserving maritime heritage. The museum opened in 1995 and is the product of years of research. The museum is an ever-changing exhibit that expands and diversifies with the acquisitions of new artifacts as they are recovered. The collection of 10,000+ shipwreck artifacts is one of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic. Through your DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum visit, you will travel through a hands-on experience, which will enable you to shake hands with history. Enjoy lunch on your own at one of several restaurants within walking distance of the museum.
