Program attendance is complimentary for board, staff and volunteers of organizations operating within the PATH service area (northern Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock counties). Latimore, DB Latimore Professional Services Group Wednesdays, January 30, February 27 and March 27, 2019, 9:00 ? 11:00 am and 5:30 ? 7:30 pm All nonprofits engage in the community- that?s what we do. Is everyone in your organization clear on what your nonprofit?s engagement should look like? This special series focuses on deep work for organizational transition from awareness to action through identifying, developing and engaging our stakeholders, ultimately achieving collaborative actions that help shape services, outreach and connectivity. In order to ultimately have organizational continuity, the series is split into 2 groups to allow conversation and thought into making this transition collaborative and successful. Outside work will be assigned to assist the process in between sessions. During the series, participants will be able to complete: -Understanding of the Purpose, Goals and Benefits of Community Engagement -Assessment of the organizations readiness for Community Engagement -Applying an Engagement Communication Model -Transition from Cultural Complacency to Cultural Competence As this is a continuous process series, it is important that those who register are dedicated to coming all three sessions.
