Everyone wants to have harmony in the workplace. How do you have candid or difficult conversations with staff or volunteers that end in a clear, positive understanding of the issue? Lawrie Parker, executive director of the Piedmont Dispute Resolution Center will lead participants through situations and exercise to equip supervisors at any level to have these conversations quickly and be able to identify a path forward by the end of the conversation.
