Vintage Hitchcock: A Radio Play
show presents three of Hitchcock’s plays: The Lodger; Sabotage; and The 39 Steps. Community actors from Culpeper and Lake of the Woods will recreate the voices as heard on the radio. The Sound Crew (in radio known as the “Foley team”) has a very active job presenting all of the effects which add excitement to the play. David Schubert has worked with the team for weeks to orchestrate the actors and the sound to enhance the story-telling. The cost of each performance is $15 per person. Tickets for the Prince Michel event can be purchased at Windmorefoundation.org and there is a link on Windmore’s site to purchase tickets for the Jewell Tone venue. Refreshments will be available at both sites.
