    Job Description
    Piedmont Dispute Resolution Center is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to work 21 hours per week in our Warrenton center.  This position requires three – 7-hour days each week with a starting rate of $15 per hour.  

    Administrative Duties Include (but not limited to):
    • Answering Phones & Scheduling Appointments
    • Greet and direct visitors & clients, including intake for orientations
    • General clerical duties; photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing, scanning, filing
    • Maintain office supply inventory & ordering
    • Maintain Excel spread sheet for co-parenting classes
    • Set up materials and payments for co-parenting classes
    • Keeping website and social media platforms up to date
    • General housekeeping & maintenance of office equipment & services.
    Requirements & Experience:
    • Working knowledge of basic office equipment
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Excellent time management & ability to prioritize
    • Attention to detail & problem solving
    • Excellent written & communication skills
    • Computer, internet & social media savvy
    • High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary a plus
