• Restoration Technician


    A locally owned, growing emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire/smoke, mold remediation, and trauma crime scene clean-up, has an opening for Restoration Technicians. Responsibilities involve responding to emergency and non-emergency restoration calls, customer service, contracts, strategic planning, estimating, gathering moisture points and recording, demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad), water extraction, and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.) and sanitation tasks.

    • Be part of a disaster response team for emergency services from water, fire/smoke, mold remediation, and trauma crime scene clean-up.
    • Be customer focused.
    • Take damage assessments, and moisture readings and able to work well with a team.
    • Perform water extraction, remedial demolition, and drying.
    • Clean smoke damage from affected structures and contents.
    • Clean, demo and sanitize post-trauma/crime scenes.

    Must be willing to work outside of "regular" business hours if necessary.

    Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.

    Compensation based on experience. Health benefit options are available after probation period.
