• Lead Case Manager/Support Services Position

    Role Description:
    Accomplish and complete Veteran/Family support and case management through phone, email, and other methods of communications.  Tasks include data collection through issue resolution and three month follow up.  Issue Resolution is considered the primary task and includes specific steps and processes.  In addition, role includes researching for services that we may not currently have.

    This role is a part-time contractor role, 10-20 hours per week.
