As the Member Experience Director, you will:
- Oversee the onboarding of all new Greater Piedmont REALTOR® members
- Maintain the integrity of the membership records and database
- Process dues and payments and execute monthly reports and payments to NAR & VAR
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the SentriLock platform & provide training and consultation on its use
- Create flyers, videos, and “marketing” materials for upcoming events
- Develop a business plan to ensure deliverables are met for dues invoicing, payments, late fees, release of ballots
- Be accessible to the membership on a daily basis and assist with all their needs
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
As the Staff Liaison for the Membership related Committees, you will:
- Find ways to support the Committees & position them for success
Prior association management and/or real estate experience is beneficial.

This opportunity is a full-time position, with hours of 8:30am to 5pm (which includes 30 min. for lunch) at the GPR office (47 Garrett St, Warrenton), and includes 9 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday, sick leave, vacation leave and health insurance.
