Girls on the Run Piedmont is a nonprofit after school program that teaches social emotional learning skills while integrating physical activity. We believe that EVERY girl deserves the opportunity to achieve her LIMITLESS potential. Now more than ever girls are experiencing depression, suicidal ideations, stress, eating disorders, anxiety, bullying and so many other challenges. We give them tools to help them defeat negative self-talk, handle stress, deal with conflicts, make intentional decisions and so much more. We serve girls in 3rd-8th grade and never turn a girl away due to her finances.
