BENEFITS OF E-BLASTS
Since October of 2021, The Fauquier Chamber of Commerce set forth a strategic approach to e-blast communications. We were very aware of the difference between quality and quantity and placed focus on the content of the message, not how many times we sent it. We believe the value of e-marketing is determined by the reader, not the sender and it will remain our goal to build credibility with membership by staying in contact and keeping you up to date with issues and resources that matter to your business. We are please that our strategy has shown some early success based on feedback from membership as well as the mountains of collected data that all support a consensus that membership overall is finding value in our communications and we are not overwhelming inboxes.
Recently we launched our Monday Morning Briefs as a way to filter through all the news and provide you with what we feel is most relevant from a national, statewide and local level. Again, the response we got was very positive and after making a few adjustments and edits, we feel we have a very valuable resource for our members. But why stop there? We are now happy to announce that members have the opportunity to place their company name and logo on these weekly communication pieces at a very affordable cost compared to the value received as noted below by the two most important marketing metrics specific to email marketing.
Since launching these emails December 20th, 2021, there have been an average of 313 opens each week.
RATES & AVAILABILITY
You may now select up to two months to have your company name and logo featured as the exclusive sponsor of all weekly e-blast communications. Cost per month is $300 and includes:
- A minimum of 3 communications weekly to all members
- Your company name, logo and link to website to email address of your choice
- Complete analytic report showing number of impressions, opens, links to site, etc.
UNIQUE CLICKS V. TOTAL CLICKS
Really no different than unique opens, unique clicks Unique clicks are the total number of recipients that have clicked on any link embedded in the blast email. It does not count how many times each subscriber has clicked on a link. - Purchases are limited to 2 months per calendar year
- Member to provide artwork in PNG format
- Within 30 days of the conclusion of the sponsorship, the sponsoring member will receive a complete data analytic report

UNIQUE OPENS V. TOTAL OPENS
The unique open rate in a blast email campaign is the total number of unique recipient email opens divided by the number of emails delivered.
