Fauquier County
The County site contains information specific to all towns with the exception of Warrenton.
The County uses an online platform to house project information which is accessible by clicking the Fauquier Land Development Online Portal button below. This provides access to view Rezoning, Special Exception, and Special Permit applications from 2014 to the present.

Warrenton Town Limits
July 2024 Update
- The land disturbance taking place next to Oliver City is the Warrenton Crossing subdivision. This is 135 single family detached homes.
- Weirdo Bagels is opening in the old Gateau space on Culpeper Street
- A frozen yogurt shop will be opening around September on Main Street near Miller Carpets
- A Greek restaurant (mostly carry-out) will be opening soon in the Dunkin' shopping center.
